Spain: Temple of Diana in Mérida

Today I got three postcards: two from Spain and one from Germany.

One of the cards from Spain shows the Temple of Diana in Mérida. The Temple of Diana is one of the few religious buildings in Mérida preserved in a satisfactory state. Although it is called Temple of Diana, it was actually dedicated to the Imperial cult. Since 1993 has been the Archaeological Ensemble of Mérida including buildings like the Temple of Diana and the Roman Theatre an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

With nice stamp:

Thank You very much Jose!
