Today I got two postcards from Greece.
One of them shows the inflaming of the Olympic Flame in Olympia. In the 10th century B.C. became Olympia a centre for the worship of Zeus and from 776 B.C. the Ancient Olympic Games were held every four years in Olympia. Since 1989 is the Archaeological Site of Olympia on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
