Germany: Otto von Bismarck

Today I got seven postcards: six from Germany and one from New Zealand.

One of the cards from Germany shows "Apotheosis of Prince Bismarck" by Ludwig Rudow. Otto von Bismarck is known for creating the first welfare state in the modern world. On the domestic front he fought against the Catholic Church in a culture war and the Socialist. He died in 1898 in Friedrichsruh.
I bought this card when I recently visited the German Historical Museum in Berlin.

With a matching stamp:
200th birthday of Otto von Bismarck (issued 02-04-2015)
with a special postmark showing Bismarck's birth house in Schönhausen
