Germany: Göltzsch Viaduct

On Thursday I got two postcards from Germany.

One of them shows the Göltzsch Viaduct. The Göltzsch Viaduct was built between 1846 and 1851 as part of the railway between Bavaria and Saxony. It is one of the oldest monuments of railway history in Germany and the largest brick-built bridge in the World.

Stamp:
1000 years Neunburg vorm Wald (issued 01-03-2017)

Thank You very much Amelie!
