Germany: Ordensburg Vogelsang

On Wednesday I got three postcards: two from Germany and one from New Zealand.

One of the cards from Germany shows the Ordensburg Vogelsang. The Ordensburg Vogelsang was built between 1934 and 1936 by the National Socialists. Until 1939 it was used as an educational centre for future leaders and after World War II it was used as training area by the Belgian military authorities. Since 2006 it is open to the public. The Ordensburg Vogelsang is one of the largest architectural relics of National Socialism.

Stamp:
Topography of Terror (issued 02-01-2017)

Thank You very much Marcel!
