Last Friday I got six postcards: one from Croatia, one from Poland, one from Japan, one from Germany and two from Spain.
The card from Croatia shows the Šibenik Cathedral. The Šibenik Cathedral was built in the 15th and 16th century, when the city was a part of the Republic of Venice. It was built in a combination of Gothic and Renaissance architecture and is considered to be the most important architectural monument of the Renaissance in Croatia. Since 2000 is the Cathedral of Saint James in Šibenik on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
