On 16th August I got a postcard from France.
It shows Forges-les-Eaux. Forges-les-Eaux is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France. After Louis XIII, Anne of Austria and Cardinal Richelieu stayed there in 1632 to take the waters, the town turned into a popular spa town.
