Germany: Wernigerode Castle

On 21st October I got a postcard from Germany.

It shows Wernigerode Castle. Wernigerode Castle dates back to the 12th century, but its current appearance it just got in the late 19th century. It is one of the most important Historicist buildings in Northern Germany.

The card got the Covid-19 postmark from the mail sorting centre 38 here in Braunschweig.
