Germany: Gelsenkirchen Hauptbahnhof

On 22nd July I got a postcard from Germany.

It shows Gelsenkirchen Hauptbahnhof. Gelsenkirchen Hauptbahnhof connects the city to the regional and long-distance rail service. The first train station in the city was opened in 1847, but since then it was renovated and rebuilt multiple times. The last time was for the FIFA Football Championships in 2006.

A definitive stamp was used here.

Thank You very much Marcel!
