Germany: History of Goslar

Today I got four postcards from Germany.

One of them is the Chronicle card of Goslar. Goslar was founded in 922 and in 968 the mining of metal ores at the Rammelsberg was started. Between 1005 and 1015 the first imperial buildings were constructed. In 1131 Goslar got the town privileges. Between 1290 and 1340 it was a free imperial city. Since 1946 is Goslar a part of the German State of Lower Saxony.
I sent this card to me after I recently visited Goslar.
