Cook Islands: Beach with Palm Trees

On Thursday I got five postcards: my first card from the Cook Islands, one from France, one from Germany, one from Japan and one from the USA.

The Cook Islands are a group of 15 islands in the South Pacific Ocean. They form an island country in free association with New Zealand. The main island is Rarotonga, where also the Cook Island's capital Avarua is located. Other islands are for example Aitutaki and Penrhyn.

The card shows a beach with palm trees.

With a nice stamp:
WWF Manta Rey (from set of four) (issued 15-02-2016)
The stamp is inscribed "Rarotonga". Different stamps are issued with the different inscriptions "Aitutaki", "Penrhyn", "Rarotonga" and "Cook Islands", but they all can be used on all Cook Islands.

Thank You very much Nicole!
