On Tuesday I got three postcards: one from the United Kingdom, one from France and one from Germany.
The card from the United Kingdom shows Charles Dickens' Broadstairs. Broadstairs is a coastal town in eastern England. Between 1837 and 1859 Charles Dickens spent his summer holidays at Bleak House. There he wrote his novel David Copperfield. Since 1937 the Broadstairs Dickens Festival is held every year.
Stamp:
Beach Architecture (from set of six) (issued 18-09-2014)
Thank You very much William!
