The Museum August Kestner is a cultural history museum centred on the collections of August Kestner, a German diplomat and art collector. Its collection focus on Ancient Egypt, Classical Antiquity, Numismatics and Handicraft. The museum was opened in 1889. This was my second visit to the museum after 2019. I went there again to see a special exhibition about the Egyptian god Bes.
