On Monday I got five postcards: three from Germany, one from Italy and one from France.
One of the cards from Germany shows the rock formation Bastei and the Bastei Bridge. The Bastei is located in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains in the German State of Saxony. It was an important tourist attraction for the last 200 years. The first bridge on the Bastei was built in 1824 out of wood. It was replaced by a stone bridge in 1851.

Thank You very much Amelie!
