On Tuesday I got nine postcards from Germany.
One of them shows the Moritzburg Lighthouse. The Moritzburg Lighthouse was built between 1775 and 1776 and is thus Germany's oldest inland lighthouse. It was built on a lake near the Moritzburg Castle to re-enact naval battles for the monarch's amusement.
I got this card a few weeks ago in a cover.
With a matching stamp:
Moritzburg Lighthouse (from set of two) (issued 11-06-2015)
with a special postmark showing the Moritzburg Castle and Lighthouse
Thank You very much Mirko for sending me the card in an envelope!
