On Saturday I got five postcards: four from Germany and one from Ireland.
One of the cards from Germany shows the Frankfurt Cathedral. The Frankfurt Cathedral, which is officially known as Imperial Cathedral of Saint Bartholomew, is a Catholic church and the biggest church in Frankfurt. It was once the election and coronation church of the Holy Roman Empire and as such it was one of the major buildings of the Empire's history.
