Today I got a postcard from Australia.
It shows the Victoria Fossil Cave at the Naracoorte Caves National Park in South Australia. The Naracoorte National Park is among the World’s 10 greatest fossil sites. It illustrates the evolution of the unique Australian fauna. Since 1994 are the Australian Fossil Mammal Sites at the Naracoorte Caves National Park together with the ones of Riversleigh on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
With a nice stamp:
Australian Native Animals-Koala (from set of six) (issued 13-01-2015)
Thank You very much Tamika!
