Today I got two postcards: one from Singapore and one from Germany.
The card from Singapore shows public housing. Public housing in Singapore is managed by the Housing and Development Board (HDB). 85% of Singapore's population lives in public housing but not like in other countries just a few of them are below the poverty line.
