Yesterday I got three postcards: one from the USA, one from Germany and one from Japan.
The card from the USA shows the International Space Station. The International Space Station is the largest artificial body in orbit. It was built from 1998 onwards and is inhabited since 2000. It is used as space environment research laboratory. The participating countries are Canada, Japan, Russia, the USA and the members of the European Space Agency. The space station is scheduled to be in use until 2024.
