Germany: Landshut

On Saturday I got a postcard from Germany.

It shows the Church of Saint Martin and the Trausnitz Castle in Landshut. Landshut is the administrative centre of Lower Bavaria. Landshut is also the largest city of Lower Bavaria, the second biggest of Eastern Bavaria and the twelfth largest of Bavaria. The city is known for its Gothic architecture. The Church of Saint Martin is the tallest church in Bavaria and the tallest brick building in the World. The Trausnitz Castle was once used as residence of the Wittelsbach dynasty and now houses a Chamber of art and curiosities.
