cover from Poland

Last Wednesday I got two covers including one from Poland.

With a nice stamp:
Poland - My Homeland (issued 02-05-2019)
15 years of Poland in the European Union (issued 01-05-2019)

Inside were three postcards about the Centenary of Poland regaining its independence.

The first card shows a Piłsudski figure from the collection of the Ethnographic Museum of Toruń. The Ethnographic Museum of Toruń was opened in 1959. It houses over 65000 exhibits from all over Poland.

The second card is from Kąty Wrocławskie. Kąty Wrocławskie is a town in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in South-Western Poland. It should be noted that when Poland regained its independence in 1918, Kąty Wrocławskie was not a part of the state. It just became a part of Poland after World War II.

On the backside of the card is a big cachet about the jubilee.

The third card was printed by the Polish Post for the jubilee.

Thank You very much Wojtek!
