Vietnam: Thien Mu Pagoda in Hué

Today I got three postcards: one from Vietnam, one from Australia and one from Germany.

The card from Vietnam shows the Thien Mu Pagoda in Hué. Hué was between 1802 and 1945 under the Nguyen dynasty the capital of the unified Vietnam. The Thien Mu Pagoda is the tallest religious building in Vietnam and is often the subject of folk rhymes. The Thien Mu Pagoda is since 1993 as part of the Complex of Hué Monuments on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
