On Wednesday I got two postcards from Germany.
One of them shows the New Market and the Saint Mary's Church in Rostock. The New Market is one of Rostock's three former market places. The Saint Mary's Church is the largest church in Rostock and one of the most important buildings in the style of the Brick Gothic.
I got this card a few weeks ago in a cover.
With a matching stamp:
800 years Rostock (issued 07-06-2018)
with a special postmark about this year's Hanseatic Day of New Time
On Wednesday I also got a cover with another special postmark from Rostock. This one shows three historic ships from the city.
Thank You very much Karl-Heinz for sending me the card in an envelope!
