Laos: Wat Visoun in Luang Prabang

On 4th September I got two postcards: one from Laos and one from Japan.

The card from Laos shows Buddha statues at Wat Visoun in Luang Prabang. Wat Visoun was originally built in the early 16th century and represents the earliest style of Lao temple architecture. Today it is the oldest operating temple in Luang Prabang. The Town of Luang Prabang is since 1995 on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Thank You very much Jobbo!
