Today I got three cards: one from Japan and two from Indonesia.
The card from Japan shows a Yaku Deer on Yakushima. The Yaku Deer is a subspecies of the Honshu Deer and is endemic to Yakushima. Yakushima is an island belonging to the Kagoshima prefecture. It is known of its ancient forest. Yakushima is since 1993 on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
