Germany: Cochem Imperial Castle

Today I got four cards from Germany.

One of them shows the Cochem Imperial Castle. The Cochem Imperial Castle was first mentioned in 1130 and in 1151 it became an imperial castle. During the Nine Years' War it was destroyed and between 1868 and 1877 it was reconstructed in the style of the Gothic Revival.

Stamp:
Dresden (from set of two) (issued 03-04-2014)
with a special postmark from the International Christmas Market in Essen

Thank You very much Klaus!
