covers from the USA

On 8th March I got four covers from the USA. 

Two more Wild and Scenic Rivers (issued 21-05-2019) were used on the first cover. This cover got again a postmark from Puerto Rico, my second from there. It celebrates the inauguration of Pedro Pierlusi as new Governor of Puerto Rico.

The postmark on the second cover celebrates the 5th anniversary of the USS John Warner, a nuclear powered attack submarine. The two stamps on the right are from the National Parks set (issued 02-06-2016). 

The postmark on the third cover celebrates the 25th anniversary of the USS John C. Stennis, a nuclear powered attack supercarrier. Two other national parks are shown on these stamps. This one probably had a rough journey.

And finally the postmark on the fourth cover celebrates the 25th anniversary of the USS Tucson SSN-770, another nuclear powered attack submarine. It is interesting to see that all four covers arrived on the same day, but got postmarks from August, September, December and January. Used here are again two national parks and the right of them might be the most famous of these six, the Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
