On 24th November I got two postcards from Germany.
One of them shows Early Bronze Age funerary goods from the collection of the Rheinisches Landesmuseum in Bonn. This is already my second card about funerary goods from this museum. It might sound macabre, but I like this theme, as funerary goods are a very important window into the past for archaeologists and historians.
The stamp shows two young foxes. It is from the first set in the long-running series of young animals and was issued on 2nd January 2014.
