Thailand: Woodcarving in Chiang Mai

Today I got two postcards: one from Thailand and one from Estonia.

The card from Thailand shows a woodcarver in Chiang Mai. Woodcarving is a popular craft in Chiang Mai. First mainly Buddha statues were carved for temples, but today the most important products are wooden elephants.

With nice stamps:
Marine Life (whole set) (issued 08-06-2015)
It is a joint issue with Malaysia.
60 years of Diplomatic Relations with Sri Lanka (from set of two) (issued 02-11-2015)
It is a joint issue with Sri Lanka.

Thank You very much Kwanjira!
