Malaysia: Istana Seri Menanti

Yesterday I got two postcards: one from Malaysia and one from Singapore.

The card from Malaysia shows the Istana Seri Menanti. Seri Menanti is the royal capital of the Malaysian State of Negeri Sembilan and houses the seat of the Yamtuan Besar, the head of state of Negeri Sembilan. The Istana Seri Menanti is a timber palace built between 1902 and 1908 without using any nails. Today is houses the Royal Museum of Seri Menanti.

Stamp:
Traditional Attire (from set of four) (issued 04-12-2015)
with a special postmark from the FourNation Stamp Exhibition in Malacca showing the national flowers of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand

Thank You very much Shaliza!
