Spain: La Lonja de la Seda in Valencia

On Friday I got three postcards from Spain.

One of them shows the Sala de Contratación at La Lonja de la Seda in Valencia. La Lonja de la Seda was built between 1482 and 1533, when Valencia was a major Mediterranean mercantile city. It was originally used for trading in silk and is one of the most important Gothic buildings in Europe. La Lonja de la Seda in Valencia is since 1996 on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
