France: Amiens Cathedral

On Saturday I got three postcards: one from France, one from Germany and one from Indonesia.

The card from France shows the Amiens Cathedral. The Amiens Cathedral was started to be built in the 13th century in the Gothic style. It is the largest sacral building in France and a Basilica minor. Since 1981 is the Amiens Cathedral on the UNESCO World Heritage List and since 1998 it is also a part of the World Heritage Site "Routes of Santiago de Compostela in France".

With a nice stamp:
EUROMED - Trees of the Mediterranean (issued 11-07-2017)
with a special postmark from the philatelic shop in Amiens

Thank You very much William!
